The 2024 Shillong Premier League is the 13th season of the Shillong Premier League (SPL). Mawlai SC are the defending champions.
Changes from last season
- The Shillong Premier League 2024 is back to its original format over two legs
- The table topper will be crowned champions
- Relegation resumes from this season onwards
- The prize money will be doubled to Rs 6 Lakh for the champions, and the runners-up will take Rs 3 Lakh
- Promoted from SSA First Division
- Relegated to SSA Second Division
- No relegation in the 2023 season
Competition format
The competition consists of 18 rounds that follow a double round-robin format, with each club playing the others twice, for a total of 18 matches. There are no play-offs and the team which tops the table wins the league.
The position of each team is determined by the highest number of points accumulated during the regular season. If two or more teams are level on points, the following criteria are applied in order until one of the teams can be determined as the higher ranked.

- Highest goal difference in matches between the teams concerned
- Highest number of goals scored in matches between the teams concerned
- Highest goal difference
- Highest number of goals scored
