Behrestan (بهرستان, also Romanized as Behrestān and Baharestan; also known as Bahristān and Behristān) is a village in Asir Rural District, Asir District, Mohr County, Fars province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 493, in 93 families.
Geography
Behrestan is located in the southern part of Fars province and is part of the Mohr County administrative division. The village lies within the Asir Rural District, an area known for its scenic landscapes and its proximity to the regional capital, Shiraz. The village is situated near major roadways that connect it to other settlements within Fars province.
History
