Caloptilia dondavisi is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from the Galápagos Islands (Ecuador) and from Brazil. It is named for Donald R. Davis.
The forewing length is about 3.2–3.9 mm (0.13–0.15 in) for males and 2.5–3.9 mm (0.098–0.154 in) for females. The larvae feed on Rhynchosia minima. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
