Campomanesia ilhoensis (synonym Campomanesia viatoris) is a species of plant in the family Myrtaceae.
The plant is endemic to the Atlantic Forest ecoregion in southeastern Brazil. It is occasionally distributed on the banks of the Rio Sรขo Francisco in coastal Alagoas state.
