Christian Gray (born May 26, 2005) is an American college football cornerback for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Early life and high school

Gray attended De Smet Jesuit High School in Creve Coeur, Missouri, and was rated as a four-star recruit, receiving offers from schools such as Alabama, LSU, Notre Dame, USC, and Ohio State. Ultimately, he committed to play college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

College career

As a freshman in 2023, Gray appeared in 12 games for Notre Dame, where he notched 11 tackles, two pass deflections, and an interception. He entered the 2024 season as one of the starting cornerbacks for the Fighting Irish. During the 2024 regular-season finale, Gray returned an interception 99 yards for a touchdown, helping the Fighting Irish seal the win versus USC, and clinch a CFP bid.
