Créponné is a traditional Algerian lemon sorbet that originates from Oran, Algeria.

This Algerian speciality is white colored.

Preparation

The main ingredients are lemon and eggs. Starting by mixing lemon zest and juice with boiling sugar syrup, leaving it to rest in the freezer for some time, about 2-3 hours, and then mixing it again with whipped egg whites.
