- Median eminence, below the hypothalamus of the brain
- Müllerian eminence, in the cloaca of an embryo
- Parietal eminence, in the parietal bone of the skull
- Pyramidal eminence, in the middle ear
- Thenar eminence, muscle on the thumb side of the hand
