Õhutõrjepataljoni embleem on põhikujult klassikaline vapikilp, millel on kujutatud kotka pea ja kolm noolt. Vapilind on stiliseeritud põhjakotkas pea vaatega paremale sümboliseerib õhuruumi valitsejat ja valvurit. Kolm teravikuga ülespidi noolt sümboliseerivad õhutõrje jaoks kolme olulist komponenti: löögijõudu, suunda ja kiirust.
