На этой действительно редкой фотографии мы видим его в шикарном костюме-тройке и роскошном по тем временам галстуке. Именно в таком виде он, скорее всего, появлялся в дорогих ресторанах или посещал театры. Про посещение ресторана А.И. Введенским в Великий пост сохранился интересный анекдот. Постом двое молодых людей закусывали в одном из столичных ресторанов. Вдруг один из них воскликнул: "Смотри, там за столом с дамами сидит обновленческий митрополит Введенский!" "Не может быть", - воскликнул второй! "Сейчас проверим", - сказал первый и подошел к А.И. Введенскому, сложил руки и громко сказал: "Владыка! Благословите!" Введенский был смущен. "Здесь не время и не место...", - тихо сказал он. "Это тебе здесь не время и не место", - сказал в ответ митрополиту юноша. |
