Крупные клетки с красной клеточной оболочкой - это клетки ксилемы. Вокруг ксилемы расположены клетки паренхимы ксилемы и клетки флоэмы. Les grandes cellules avec des parois rouges sont des trachéides. Elles jouent un rôle dans le transport de l'eau.

Autour du xylème se trouvent les parenchymes et les cellules de phloème. La couche constituée d'une seule rangée de petites cellules rouges le long de la circonférence est l'endoderme.
