วันนี้ (22พ.ย.57) นายสุรชัย เลี้ยงบุญเลิศชัย รองประธานสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ (สนช.) กล่าวในเวทีพบประชาชนของสนช.ขอให้ประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการเปลี่ยนผ่านประเทศไทย เพื่อนำไปสู่ประชาธิปไตยที่สมบูรณ์ และเป็นของประชาชนที่แท้จริง ที่ไม่ได้หมายเพียงแค่มีการเลือกตั้งเท่านั้น

นายสมชาย แสวงการ สมาชิกสนช. กล่าวในการเสวนาหัวข้อ “หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบและแนวทางการดำเนินงานของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ” ในเวทีเดียวกัน ว่า ประเทศไทยมีการยกร่างรัฐธรรมมาหลายครั้ง แต่ยังคงติดกับดักเรื่องความขัดแย้ง ดังนั้นกติกาใหม่จะต้องมีกลไกตรวจสอบและป้องกันการทุจริตในภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน รวมทั้งควบคุมการใช้อำนาจรัฐให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

ขณะที่นายตวง อันทะไชย สมาชิกสนช.เห็นว่า การปฏิรูปประเทศไทย คงไม่สามารถสำเร็จได้โดยอาศัยแม่น้ำ 5 สายเท่านั้น แต่ต้องอยู่ที่การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนทั้งประเทศ
