Ilısu (Kurdish: Çerme) is a village in the Tercan District, Erzincan Province, Turkey. The village had a population of 101 in 2021.
The hamlets of Aşağıtepecik, Beşikçayır, Dereçayırı and Yukarıtepecik are attached to the village.
