James Henry Francis (born August 4, 1968) is an American former football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins. He played college football for the Baylor Bears and was selected by the Bengals in the first round of the 1990 NFL draft.
