Ciriaco "Jun" Bayaras Gato, Jr. is a Filipino physician and politician and who has been serving as the representative for Batanes's at-large congressional district for the Philippine House of Representatives under the Nationalist People's Coalition party. In the 2022 elections, he beat Liberal Party's Butch Abad by 238 votes, winning the election.
