Karen Cecilia Allen D'Mello is an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress. D'Mello represents the Bandra Karen D'Mello was a Municipal Councillor of Ward 95 . She has been described as a progressive and accessible politician. Being a local she is know for being approachable and accessible. Her notable works include tarring of roads and being the Chairperson of H West and H East Prabhag Samiti. She is an active member of The Bandra Gymkhana and the DPRC in Bandra

She had contested the Municipal Elections from Ward 100 in 2017 but lost to Swapna Virendra Mhatre of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
