Karl K. Berggren from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016 for contributions to nanofabrication and nanomanufacturing in the sub-10 nm regime.
