Mikołeska is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Tworóg, within Tarnowskie Góry County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Tworóg, 11 km (7 mi) north of Tarnowskie Góry, and 35 km (22 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.
