Miriam Malone is an Irish camogie player, noted as a fine corner forward for St Anne’s Dunhill at the turn of the century. With St Anne’s Dunhill, Miriam would win many club championship medals and individual honours.
Career
Having played for St Anne’s Dunhill since she was a little girl, Miriam shot to prominence after scoring 1-9 in the 2000 junior Club championship winning final. She was named her clubs player of the year for the year, and took home two more of the accolades in 2000 and 2003.
Other awards
She won Munster junior Club championship medals in 1999 (as a substitute who didn't play), 2000, 2003 and 2006 and captained the club in the lost junior Club final’s of 2002 and 2004. She also won multiple Under-14 and Under-16 Munster Championship’s.
