Opisthostoma bihamulatum is a species of small land snail with an operculum, a terrestrial gastropod mollusk in the family Diplommatinidae. It is endemic to Malaysia. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
