Phalonidia zygota is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in China (Beijing, Gansu, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Qinghai, Shandong, Tianjin), Japan, Korea, Mongolia and Russia.
The wingspan is 14–16 mm.
