Throuout his career, Mazić played for Serbian Radnički Bajmok, Spartak Subotica and OFK Beograd, Bosnian-Serb Slavija Sarajevo, Cypriot Digenis Morphou, DAC Dunajská Streda, and Montenegrin Grbalj and Budućnost Podgorica, Bačka Topola, SVSF Pottschach.
