Tachymenoides affinis, the Boulenger's slender snake, is a species of snake endemic to Peru. The species was first described in 1896 and is named after Belgian-British zoologist George Albert Boulenger. T. affinis is ovoviviparous and has been recorded to reach lengths of 454 mm.
