I've created this page as a summary of the personal research I've done. I think this is the first and only place where all of this information is compiled and linked together. Rowlan 16:58, 11 November 2005 (UTC)

References

I noticed a number of references are the url to a Google Book link. I though editors might be interested in a tool which takes a link as input and creates a (usually) properly formatted ref.

Misplaced Pages citation tool for Google Books

I used it to improve two such references.
