Abdullah Syafi'i, better known as Teungku Lah (12 October 1947 – 22 January 2002) was the Commander of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM). He was born in Seuneubok Rawa, a remote village in Bireuen, Aceh. He studied at Madrasah Aliyah Peusangan, Bireuen, and studied religion at several pesantren in Aceh. Before joining GAM, he was involved in Jeumpa theatre troupe.
