IPO
Since 2021, there have been reports about an IPO of the company. In 2023, Syngenta Group has filed an application for a proposed initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s main board. Due to Syngenta's parent company, ChemChina, being under US sanctions, US banks might not be able to participate in this IPO.
