Welcome to my user page. My name is John. My interests include sport, mainly cricket, rugby and hockey, music and computers. I was born in Yeovil, Somerset, hence my support for Yeovil Town Football Club and Somerset County Cricket Club.
I live in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, in England having previously lived and worked in Minehead, Taunton, West Quantoxhead, Coventry, Leamington Spa, France, Hastings, and Grantham. I am a freelance writer, proofreader and self-published author.
I sat for many years on the committee of Grantham Hockey Club and used to play bass guitar in a rock covers band called Original Onion. I have also played cricket for Welby Cricket Club with no success.
My spurious claim to fame is that I have played hockey against England/Great Britain international Simon Mantell and cricket against England World Cup winner Jenny Gunn.
