[edit] Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1] MrOllie (talk) 18:21, 25 March 2023 (UTC)

[edit] Hello, I'm Fieryninja. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to ZX Spectrum have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Amstrad PPC 512. Thank you. Fieryninja (talk) 18:45, 7 April 2023 (UTC)
Removal of external links under spurious pretext
[edit]Your recent edits (i.e. those on 24 December 2023) consisted entirely of removal of external links from numerous articles under the same spurious pretext of "no scientific citation/proof of source required".
These have now been reverted.
Whether or not you understand (or care) about the difference between references and external links, and whether or not this was a petty response to the criticism you received above for adding inappropriate external links yourself (see above), please understand that such edits will be treated as vandalism and your account is likely to be banned if this continues.
