Either way, this is forbidden by policy. Blocks apply to the person, not to the account or IP, so if the person blocked under that IP wishes to continue editing, they must appeal the block. Since your only other edits on this account are to "game" autoconfirmed so you could make the edit to Badi' al-Din, I have no confidence that you are here to edit constructively, and have thus blocked you indefinitely.
