Vav-Tharad district is one of the thirty fourth district of the Gujarat state of India. The administrative headquarter of the district is Tharad. The district was carved out from the existing Banaskantha district which is situated in Northern Gujarat (Northern Part Of The State Of Gujarat) which is located along with the Rajasthan State border.
