Yván Eduardo Gil Pinto (born 15 August 1972) is a Venezuelan diplomat and politician serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela since 6 January 2023. Previously, he served as the minister of agriculture from 2013 to 2014 and from 2015 to 2016 and as the chargé d'affaires of Venezuela to the European Union.

He is a member of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

In February 2024, Gil announced that the government of Venezuela ordered the United Nations human rights office in Caracas to shut down all operations, ordering the staff to leave the country within three days.
