This is unacceptibly bad sourcing for such an inflammatory claim for which I can find no evidence. The photo which Jerusalem Post claims was taken from the Reuters article cannot be counted as evidence, and the fact that the Reuters article doesn't seem to exist suggests the Jerusalem Post article is fake news.
