The man's name was Derkachyov (Derkachev), not "Dierkacz" which is a Polish fiction. The claim that Derkachyov's subbordinate Sheremetov (not Sheremetev, a different name that Poles may be familiar with from the famous Sheremetev family) had him murdered in an anarchist stronghold for the purpose of conducting a pogrom against Jews is a conspiracy theory at best. It needs much better support than offered here. undo Tags: Undo Reverted references removed

This article needs to be cleaned up. It is clearly pushing Polish "patriotic" agitprop, right down to claiming that Derkachyov was a Pole while referring to Sheremetov ("Szeremietiev" - a different name) as a "Russian commissar". undo

Moreover, for the weighty claim that Derkachyov's subbordinate Sheremetov somehow had him murdered on Surazh Street ("a stronghold of the anarchists"), more reputable sources than obscure and inaccessible Polish patriotic fantasy tales should be required. undo Tag: references removed
