I suggest he is not significantly notable unlike others listed. He does not have an international or national profile unlike others; he does not have a SIGNIFICANT body of work in a given field comparable to others listed; he does not have any public or widely known connection to Pymble - I'd never heard of him having any connection to Pymble and I know the history of Pymble extremely well. undo

Vaucluse wiki doesnt mention affluence). Its not a notable feature. The gardens and bush reverses are notable - there are many impressive old gardens and several bushland reserves that retain old original tree types that were so important early on to the area and wider colony for timber. eg Sheldon Forest, Dalrymple Hay. undo
