The link also doesnt work anymore which is used as a source. French only gets spoken there sometimes due to historical reasons since 1920 and due to french influence when it was a protectorate and because of the Schengen Agreement. But to say without a source that a plurality or majority is francophone there is just wrong. WHoever wrote that definitely never has been to the Saarland undo
