Please stop adding nonsense to Misplaced Pages. It is considered vandalism. If you were just trying to experiment, then use the sandbox instead. Thank you. -- Chris 73 Talk 14:45, 2 October 2005 (UTC)

Please
Please stop changing the spelling of fuse! Deskana 13:34, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
- A fuze and fuse are different as indicated on Fuse (explosives). A fuse is used in fireworks. A fuze would be in M734. That is the spelling I was changing--138.162.0.37 13:55, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
- Apologies for the comment I made... I was frustrated at the time. The problem I have with it is that if you look at the history of the page Fuse (explosives) there's been a lot of debate about whether a Fuse and a Fuze are the same thing... Do you have a few sources to prove they are seperate things? Thanks. Deskana 15:21, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
- Here are some sources from the US Gov. that deal with fuzes
- MIL-STD-331 Fuze And Fuze Components, Environmental And Performance Tests For
- MIL-HDBK-777 Fuze Catalog Procurement Standard And Development Fuze Explosive Components
- and these sources are ratified by other countries in NATO
- NATO STANAG 4369 Design Requirements for Inductive Setting of Large Calibre Projectile Fuzes
- NATO AOP-22 Design Criteria and Test Methods for Inductive Setting of Electronic Projectile Fuzes
- NATO STANAG 2916 Nose Fuze Contours and Matching Projectile Cavities for Artillery and Mortar Projectiles
- The tiles to these documents can be found by seaching here. This site also in lists some other standards with fuze in title.--138.162.0.43 18:59, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
