Misplaced Pages and it's editors and administrators are not interested in creating something useful or promoting knowlege. For them Misplaced Pages is no different from Myspace but instead of collecting friends, the object is to collect edits. :I agree that there are quite a few admins on Misplaced Pages that just go around looking for articles that they can nominate for deletion. There are users who boast on their userpages that they have "..nominated ''x'' amount of articles for deletion and in most cases they were usually deleted" as well as providing some lists on articles they were responsible for deleting. And I suppose that's good, because there are a lot of articles on wikipedia that actually need to be deleted. But then there's also the problem that many admins would rather not '''improve''' problem articles, they would just rather delete them. I've been involved in a '''major''' feud with an admin over an article that was deleted that could easily have been fixed. If an article has a problem I think that '''templates''' should be put up that warn readers what the problems are so that they can fix them. So yes, a lot of administrators are lazy and are prone to just want to delete.<br />

I also assume you know about something called Articles for deletion which is a process that happens in most cases that an article is deleted, where other editors that are familiar with wikipedia deletion policy can discuss whether or not that article should be deleted.
Anyways, if I am going to help you with this matter, I will need some more information. What is the deleted article that you are referring to, and why do you think it should not be deleted?
Once I have that information, I can find out why the article was deleted, what wikipedia policy they cited, did the article go up for Articles for deletion, etc.
