Disambiguation link notification for March 7

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 1999 Pan American Games, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Glen Murray (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Nice

Hi Brimspark, Thanks for your skillful edits to my edits at the Wayne Gretzky article--nicely done! EMP (talk) 15:24, 7 March 2014 (UTC)

Hope you don't mind--I took another look at the references (the two books by Dryden that I'm using) and made a few more revisions in keeping with the flow of logic there. If you can see any way to improve yet further, please go right ahead. EMP (talk) 01:23, 8 March 2014 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at MTS Oceanos shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Δρ.Κ.  04:26, 17 March 2014 (UTC)

If an article needs to be moved, get consensus for that move on the talk page of the article. A copy/paste of the full page contents obscures the appropriate attribution of the edits (ie: viewing the "history" tab does not show who actually made the edits building the current contents). If consensus supports renaming the article, a page move can be performed which will transfer the edit history along with the contents of the page. --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 17:15, 17 March 2014 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Katieh5584. Misplaced Pages is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Joe Sakic seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Katieh5584 (talk) 17:38, 19 March 2014 (UTC)

Stop icon This is your last warning. The next time you add unsourced material to Misplaced Pages, as you did at MTS Oceanos, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You source is not reliable. It is just a random personal website by a non-expert. Please discuss this on the talkpage of the article instead of edit-warring in slow-motion. I have opened a discussion

Blocked as a sockpuppet

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it is suspected that this account is being used by GoldDragon, in manner which is abusive and against policy per the evidence presented at Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations/GoldDragon. Multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not. Any contributions made while evading blocks or bans can be reverted or deleted without discussion.  If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 10:37, 12 April 2014 (UTC) Category:
