Feliks Karol Koneczny (b. November 1, 1862, Cracow - d. February 10, 1949 Cracow) was a Polish historian and social philosopher. Founder of the original system of the comparative science of civilisations.

Koneczny approached various matters in a critical manner. He combatted the racist myths of the early 20th century and constantly wrote on the need for morality in politics

Koneczny authored extensive monographs of Byzantine and Jewish civilisations, which he considered to be less developed than the Latin civilisation of catholic Europe. Feliks Koneczny was one of the chief proponents of anti-semitic theory, that Jewish civilization, according to him, threatened entire Latin-Christian world . In his anti-semitic publication Hitleryzm zażydzony (The Judaized Hitlerism) Koneczny even claimed, that Nazism was a product of Jewish civilization. .
