Kellogg's Complete Wheat Bran Flakes is a breakfast cereal containg 100% of the US Recommended Daily Allowance of elecen vitamins and minerals, including Vitamins C,E, B6, B12, and Iron, Thiamin, Ribofavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Pantothenate and Zinc. One 3/4 cup serving contains 3g of protein, 5g of fiber and 90 calories, 5 of which come from fat. Kellogg's Complete contains no cholesterol.
