This is the last warning you are going to get regarding this. These images (],], ], etc) are not GFDL, you did not create them. By uploading them with false copyright information you expose yourself and wikipedia to potential legal problems. I have tried to make this clear to you several times .
You have made a number of contributions to wikipedia - some of which have been genuinely helpful - for example ], others have been less helpful - for example Waltism.

If you wish to continue to make useful contributions to wikipedia - I would suggest that you wait until you understand the ] before uploading any more images. The copyright rules are complex, and if you don't understand them it's better to either ask questions at ] or do not upload images.

If you persist in uploading images under the wrong copyright tag I will pursue a ] against this account and the IP you log in from preventing you from further damaging wikipedia by uploading and mistagging copyright content. ] 05:08, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Please do not create extremely short articles without sufficient context. If they don't include sufficient information for the reader, they may be deleted. Image copyright problem with Image:FN38.JPG

Other images with problems

All of the images you've uploaded also have problems - i.e. no license. You appear to have found all of them by searching using google. Our image upload page makes it very clear that:

Please note: Most images on the internet are copyrighted under terms intended to prevent them from being freely used on other sites, making it inappropriate and/or illegal to upload them to Misplaced Pages.

I will tag all of these images to have them deleted. Please review our Image use policy before uploading any more images.

Image upload problems

Dave - the problem is that the images are unlikely to be suitable for wikipedia for copyright reasons. The best thing that you could do is go to Special:Upload and read EVERYTHING linked in the blue box at the top of the page (in particular WP:IUP and WP:UPIMAGE). Misplaced Pages is not a forum - you cannot upload images you find randomly on the internet without having them deleted fairly quickly. Megapixie 23:08, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Mistagging images is a really bad idea

Mistagging the images as PD-USmil is a really bad idea for a whole number of reasons. I have tagged all the images you've mistagged as speedy deletes. Megapixie 23:06, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

The images are now on WP:CP

Dave I have now listed this images on WP:CP there are clearly copyright issues for wikipedia and need to be deleted. It is important that wikipedia has exact and accurate copyright information for all images - to prevent the project being harmed by a potential copyright lawsuit. For the final time: Random images from the internet are not suitable for inclusion in wikipedia - unless their copyright status is known exactly.
