A couple suggestions
Hi. Just wanted to make you aware of a couple things. First, the Misplaced Pages policy pages are official and are generally only edited by administrators. If you want to make a suggestion for an addition or change to them, feel free to mention it on the talk page for the policy, not at the top of the policy page itself. Second, before you make edits to articles, you should probably take a quick look to see whether the information is already in the article to avoid duplication. Thanks and keep contributing! :) —Wknight94 (talk) 12:10, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with Image:Dan_Klecko_Scoring.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Dan_Klecko_Scoring.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Misplaced Pages's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

License tagging for Image:Stimulus black shirt.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:Stimulus black shirt.JPG. Misplaced Pages gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Misplaced Pages, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Misplaced Pages:Media copyright questions. 08:06, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Stimulus (band)
The article Stimulus (band) has been speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Misplaced Pages. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- Gogo Dodo 09:03, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- Re your message: At this time, I don't think the band is notable enough for inclusion on Misplaced Pages. The details for what makes a band notable is at WP:BAND. With the band being unsigned, only known in the local community, and with no albums released, it's a bit early for inclusion here. If they become nationally recognized, then they would merit an article here. Perhaps sometime in the future if they hit it big. -- Gogo Dodo 21:24, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
