Dear ] member,

You are receiving this message because you have either ] or {{tl|User WPVG}} somewhere in your ] and you have edited Misplaced Pages in recent months.

The Video games project has created a ] to provide a clearer picture of its active membership.

All members have currently been placed in the "Inactive" section by default. Please remove your username from the "Inactive" listing and place it under the "Active" listing if you plan on regularly:
:*Editing video game-related pages in the ]
:*Participating in video game-related discussions in the ] (], ], ], etc.)

Ideally, members are encouraged to do both, but either one meets our criteria of inclusion. Members still listed inactive at the beginning of November 2009 may be removed. You may re-add yourself to the active list at any time. Thank you for your help, and we look forward to working with you.

*'''Welcome'''
*We’re excited to announce that ] has joined ] as our Editor in Chief. Presidentman will oversee editorial content and the Saskatchewan Wikiproject community contributions on the Wikiproject newsletter. Presidentman has also successfully developed the ] and has been active on wikipedia for close to three years in a plethora of projects enriching wikipedia with close to 3,000 contributions. The transition between our old editor and the new has been smoother than any of us could have hoped for — SriMesh wrote their last newsletter article for ], and Presidentman started up without missing a beat for February 2010. The previous years for SriMesh, the past editor, had been richly rewarding, seeing subscriptions grow, informing interested editors of developments and changes to the Saskatchewan wikipedia community and supporting activities on the Saskatchewan Wikiproject. It is now time for me to move to new writing projects to finish, and further responsibilities which are vying for my attention. Please join me in welcoming Presidentman to the their new position! Presidentman is working on a host of new features and an updated look, which will take things to a new level. It is wonderful to have a new editor to bring in the new year! Expect great things.

Deletion pending for File:Merlis Belsher Place.jpg

Hello, Plasma Twa 2. Some time ago, a file you uploaded — File:Merlis Belsher Place.jpg — was tagged with {{OTRS received}}, indicating that a statement of permission had been received by permissions-en@wikimedia.org, but that this email was insufficient in some way

This could be due to any of several issues:

  1. The OTRS agent might have asked for further information to validate the ticket, but no follow-up reply was received (this is the most common reason).
  2. The license submitted might not have provided an acceptable free content license. (Statements of permission that allow only usage on Misplaced Pages or only non-commercial usage are NOT sufficient.)
  3. The person who submitted the statement of permission might not be the copyright holder or might not have been able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the OTRS agent that they own the copyright.

Due to privacy reasons, we cannot comment on Misplaced Pages with the exact reason that the ticket could not be processed.

  • If YOU submitted the ticket to the permissions address, please search your email for a reply with the ticket ID - a reply was sent some time ago requesting more information or further actions needed to confirm permission. Please reply to that message.
  • If the copyright holder (not you) submitted the ticket, then that person received a response (which may have been some time ago). Please ask them to follow up.

If another message is sent to permissions-en@wikimedia.org and let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.

  • If you have already sent this message, it is possible that there was a problem receiving it. Please re-send it to permissions-en@wikimedia.org that resolves the problem, please let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.

If we don't hear from you within one week, the file will be deleted. If we can help you, please feel free to ask at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. B (talk) 12:51, 5 January 2019 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for November 18

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 107th Grey Cup, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nervo (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:22, 18 November 2019 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:GTA Grizzlies

Hello, Plasma Twa 2. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "GTA Grizzlies".

In accordance with our policy that Misplaced Pages is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Misplaced Pages! JMHamo (talk) 22:37, 13 December 2019 (UTC)
