The show usually runs for 80-110 minutes, and discusses all things related to Doctor Who.
The show starts off with a sound clip from either the old or new Doctor Who seasons, and is then followed by a News section which wraps up the Doctor Who related news from the past week.

The Features segment usually follows the News section. This segment includes interviews and reviews that cover Doctor Who items such as the most recently aired television episode, the ] audio series, Doctor Who Books, Doctor Who merchandise etc.

Time permitting, feedback from listeners is included. This feedback can take the form of an email or voice message left for the ] team which is then discussed by the three hosts.

The show is produced in two formats: The enhanced version, encoded in ] and an ] version, both have the same audio content, however the enhanced version includes embedded chapter markers, images and ].
