The '''Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre''' (]: 新达城新加坡国际会议展览中心), branded as '''Suntec Singapore''', was officially opened on ] ] as part of the ] development at ] in ]. Previously known as the '''Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre''' (SICEC), its current name was adopted on ] ] as part of a rebranding exercise.

==Overview==
With over 1 million square feet (93,000 m²) of space, the centre's central venue is much touted, and boasts Asia's largest column-free space in the form of a multi-purpose convention hall with 12,000 square metres of space. The exhibition hall offers another 12,000 square metres of space, which can be subdivided into three smaller halls.

==Facilities==
Other facilities in the multiple-story complex are offered to supplement the main halls, including a multi-purpose ] with an area of 2,150 square metres, a gallery with 3,700 square metres of multi-purpose space, 31 meeting rooms, and a 596 seat ]. In addition, a ] on the third level offers 930 square metres of unenclosed space, as well as the main ] on the ground floor.

==Events==
Several high-profile events and exhibitions have been held in the venue, including the ], which was held just a year after the building was completed. The ]'s ] has been held there several times.
