==Replisome Pro/Euk==
There are some significant differences in replisome factors between prokaryotes and eukaryotes. What's the best way to make sure these differences are made clear?

This article is missing lots of major pieces:

*In addition to preventing the formation of hairpins, the combination of SSB/RPA + single strand serves as a better substrate for the polymerisation reaction that takes place inside DNA polymerase III.
*There is almost no discussion about clamp loader/clamp or pre-initiation / initiation complex.
*There is almost no discussion about how error correction works in DNA polymerase III.
*There is almost no discussion about processivity.

Is anyone interested in coming up with a realistic table of contents? I can contribute significant portions of the writing for the article, but I'd really like community involvement for the TOC.

== Error in the first illustration? ==

I don't understand why is the DNA polymerase delta on the leading strand of the first illustration of the article, while it's in the article that the polymerase of the leading strand should be a polymerase epsilon... Replisome Pro/Euk

Error in the first illustration?

I don't understand why is the DNA polymerase delta on the leading strand of the first illustration of the article, while it's in the article that the polymerase of the leading strand should be a polymerase epsilon...
