| :Re : The account is clearly a vandalism account. Probably somebody's sleeper account since it was created Dec. 21 and didn't edit until Jan. 2. When they did edit, it was to a semi-protected page that is going to attract vandals. However, since the account hasn't edited since then and another admin declined to block when he left a message, I'm disinclined to block now. Are you asking about the username itself, too? If so, there is technically nothing wrong with it in and of itself. | |||

I was a little confused when you made a post stating that you believed that IB6's IP was the same as yours, and mistook that as some obtuse admission of guilt. Cool cat 1
I saw your comment on Alison's talkpage. To answer your question, I expect the problem with Cool cat 1 would have been the fact that a well-known contributor (and Commons admin) is Cool Cat (talk · contribs). Given that blocked the account's only edit was vandalism, I can understand why Nick didn't see the need to let them create a new account... WjBscribe 06:05, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
