It seems to present "aquarelle" as a synonym for "watercolor painting", with (in a subsequent paragraph) the addition of Chinese White, to achieve more opacity, as a subset of watercolor/aquarelle. | |||

French pronunciation of "aquarelle"
The page lists the french pronunciation of "aquarelle" as /akarel/. That's not the right pronunciation, or at least I've never heard anyone pronounce it like that.
