Actually, the first black player on the Red Sox was Ramon “Mike" Herrera, from Cuba, 1925-26. In fact, he was the first black in the majors in the 20th century, and the Red Sox were the first team to integrate, not the last.] (]) 13:08, 23 March 2023 (UTC)
