This editor appears to be ] and is operating as what seems to be a ] for promotional means. I believe that there is a ] as well, as indicated by the upload of the author's image at ] by Silkfield who indicated that the image is their "own work". This user seems to have close ties to the author, creates promotional content related to the author, and recreates it when its deleted.

All of these articles relate to the author Colin Turner, his books, and the concepts presented in them. ] was speedy-deleted once on 31 October 2014, moved at user's request to ] that day, recreated at ] on 19 November 2016‎, speedy-deleted again on 20 November 2016, moved again at user's request to ], and lastly recreated at ] on 7 March 2017. This last recreation was merged to the author's article.

Today I've placed CSD templates on three of the remaining articles (], ], and ]) as promotional (G11). The only citations on them are the books themselves and the author's own website. I've PROD'd ] and if that fails then take it to AFD based on lack of sources which established notability per ].
