2)Is it okay if I choose to use the Same U.S Road Map Standards for the Dominican Republic's NHS. The Standards are convenient and well-established for more than 5,000 maps so I see this as a convenient move...Is that okay? |

:#Most of the people around here are using QuantumGIS/qgis because it's free, unlike AcrGIS that's a commercial product with a hefty licensing fee. There's a ] for creating maps, but you'll have to find the GIS data for the Dominican Republic. |
